the answer is soo simple we can instal easily by follwing steps
1.open applications
2.then open accessories
3.then open terminal
4.Then, open a terminal and issue the command:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
then installation carries out then restart your firefox
hence your flash player is installed
